stilling logging into the "logging onto chat services" every now and then. not of a letting riot know thing verses a bitching and moaning thing

Same here, except it's not spotty. It's constant. I haven't been able to connect to chat for several days now.

Yup, chat still not functioning properly.
Here too. Having weird issues with people joining game lobbies very slowly as well, even when chat seems to work normally otherwise.
