Lux's w seems broken in more then a few ways

Talking with some friends of mine. They mentioned that Lux's shield was not procing aery AND applying double shield at max range. This was my testing on training grounds. My first observation is that her shield looks to be bouncing forward at max cast. Only after I got the 6 hats, I did notice that there was a notable shield difference at the max distance.
