ionic spark on the bench

Has anyone else seen people exploiting ionic spark by putting it someone benched and ionic spark still procing? seen it in 2 matches now and a friend said hes said the same thing. If i see it again, im gong to try to get a clip, but im curious if anyone else has seen this.
