I reported this a while ago but I got no answer or anything. When I'm playing Zilean and I use w sometimes it wont refund both of my abilities. This is really messing with his gameplay since he's so reliant on w taking his cooldowns away. Fix this please or at least check it out.
The problem is there is a lag/lockout between Q->W, if anyone wants to test it themselves. If you hit W too quickly after Q (and E is not on CD) then W won't activate (because it thinks nothing is on cd). If E is on CD then if Q->W too quickly then W applies but only effects the E (that was on cd already) and not Q. So the only way around it right now is to make sure you don't Q->W too quickly.
It may apply to E->W too, but quickly spamming that combo in the middle of a fight is less common so I'm not sure. I do not know if the lockout is intended or not.
