Game not acknowledging a dodging player

I dodged an ARAM game with 11 seconds to spare in the countdown. At least that's what was showing on my screen. I waited for about 15 minutes before trying to create a new game....only to discover that I was joining a game already in progress. Despite dodging, the game started without me as if I'd never dodged. Of course after that much time, I joined just in time to see our team lose about a minute later. And then I look like the AFK jackass, when I didn't AFK. Definitely something buggy going on there.
