New Client: Bug or Completely Ridiculous "Feature"?

If I use a dice roll in ARAM and some team stranger dodges, my dice roll is gone forever. Has happened multiple times and others in the game said it happened to them. But some were saying it wasn't happening to them.

Turns out, seems to only be happening to people with the new client. This is going to be a new thing for League or what?
