being slowly pushed out

So today I queue for a game. Get to the ban screen. I try to ban someone.. teammate bans same person I was going to and I dont immediately notice. button does not allow for you to lock in a ban if that char is already banned and then treated it as if I disconnected and dropped the game and myself from queue.
Queue back up 5 mins later after waiting through the timer for something that is on how the game is programmed but punished me for. ENSURE I pick someone different than other teammates. Get to pick screen. It will not let me lock in Jinx or other picks. Noone I pick will allow the lock in button to work. I try different champs and click it while the timer counts down. nothing. boots me from game because of not being able to pick even though I was on the champ I wanted and it used to lock in that champ. Now have a 30 minute wait timer for either bad programming / or bad gui issues.
This after have 4 matches yesterday that were non stop toxic poo flinging fests and people smurfing and boosting and gating in bronze.

Riot -- please for the love of the game fix your game. Stop imposing penalties on players that are already being harassed by the player base.
I used to spend money on this game. I refuse to spend money or advertise even by word of mouth on a product that treats its player base like cattle.
