no indicator on Veigar W

im a veigar main and in the last few patches, not exactly sure how long, but probably less than a month, sometimes the W, dark matter, doesnt have any warning animation on my screen. IDK if other players can see it, but i cant, causing me to attempt a second cast, then seeing the strike animation go off. this only happens maybe 1% of the time when i cast W, but its still a problem. If an ability that can deal as much damage as veigs W that REQUIRES a 1.2 sec indication in order to be acceptable, removing that counter play is really bad. So yeah, plz fix spaghetti code
