Rune Hacks or Glitch? Because this isn't possible and it's happening multiple times.

I've been playing against a few champs that are too op, and when I check their runes I see an impossibility. I pulled highlights on the most recent one, and the zed had starting level 1 at 72 AD, +9 armor, +12 magic resist, 4 ap. Over the course of the game the ap goes up, so it's scaling ap runes, and the AD goes crazy. Subtracting items, the zed is running about +70 ad. Subtract the possible 15 from runes and you've got 55 ad unaccounted for.

I've seen a couple of different rivens do this too. Somehow they're getting bonus runes. Something is very wrong, and if not a hack then some sort of glitch. I've seen my own items temporarily give me an extra 10%cd that will vanish the next item I buy, but this zed has this crap all game long. I called him on it and he was silent for a long time, then started mocking. Please look into this.
