Down 19 lp because i can't connect...

League, why am I being docked 19lp because you don't wanna fix your game? error after error after error and I cant connect but lo and behold I can browse the league boards and check my internet speed (20 consistent ping 6Mbps download 1.8 Mbps upload)... then I get into the game at the 3ish min mark and the team votes for a remake with 2 for and 2 against and it remakes the game and calls me a leaver...WHILE I AM IN THE GAME!
