Hecarim Ult goes through Veigars Event Horizon
When Veigar places down his Event Horizon, Hecarim is able to travel through the ult and to the location he selected, by passing the zoning effect reduces the stun by 1 second because he never stops.

This is the case with a number of ults that's similar effects, they can't be disabled during the spells animation.
