Battle of Frejlord Quest!

So I've met all the requirements 20 kills+assists...got even over that...I was Lissandra in my team against Ashe in enemy team...it was Summoner Rift normal mode...we both had level 18,the min was 43 and the quest didn't appeared...last time I've got this quest was in 2014 or so.

So this is a bug or they disabled this quest?

She wasn't but...as fas as I know you don't need her...last time in 2014 didn't had her...just the leaders you need!
