Honor level 3 flair not appearing sometimes!

So today I've got honor level 3,me and some friends...in the same day wich makes me wonder if what they said about honoring friend is true or not,it seem is counting and it doesnt matter how much you get honored you will get in the same day as others,some got quicker maybe because they got from strangers too!

But back to the POINT:

I started playing Summoner Rift after I got this Honor and didn't got this honor flar in loading screen....the next game I played ARAM and I had this flair...then again SR and didn't had any and the next game I had...while my friends who got honor level 3 too didn't get any flair. And what I've seen is that only 1 from each team have this...does this mean that the one with most honors have that in loading screen or what?...today I started a game to see if I have it and it didn't appear in loading screen...so why in some games appear and in some not?

Honor flair only lasts for one game.

When you are honored, the next game you play will have that Flair. The game after will not unless you are consistently honored after each match.

Takes 2 pre-made or one solo player to make it appear as well.

And how about the honor capsules? I will get them if I have honor level 3?...also I will lose honor level 3 if I don't get honors?

Btw why my friends didn't got the failr?...they too got honored and have honor level 3!

ps:got honored every game shouldn't that make me have honor flair every game since I get every game?

Thank you for the answers...but since the question is for everyone I wont reply.

  1. Still why my friends didn't got the flair?
  2. I need to get constantly honored to get keys/capsules or they appear randomly in some days?

Now I don't think this topic is about reporting a bug anymore,but if you want I still want an answers to those question!
