Ultimate skin animation in champ select!

After I choose a champion (Lux,Sona or Udyr) I don't have the background animation for their ultimate skin,before I had them but its been months since last time I saw animation in champ select...on PBE it work perfectly but on live servers it doesn't work...and no I don't have low spec enabled and everything is on max!

They took it away at some point cause it caused severe performance issues in the new client. It will come back at some point.
