Dragon Buff Counter

So while spectating a game today, I noticed that the dragon buff counter in the top corner of the screen wasn't actually counting. Red team had gotten two dragons, but the counter said they didn't. The only way to see which dragons they got (which was only water dragon as it spawned twice in row) was to look at their stats.

Look at screenshot above to see that red team did have the icon saying they had the buff while the counter said they had none.
