Riot, why is my SIlver1 promo free win missing. Is it because I deranked? I have tried this promo several times now, I finally climbed back up (from SIlver 3) and now my free win is not there?

That is really messed up considering how long I had to grind back up.

Are you sure it's missing? Did you check under the bed and in the closet?
