Relic Shield doesn't proc with Yuumi attached.

Maybe it's intended, but it seems like a bug to me. I was playing Akali with a Yuumi attached and Relic Shield on my Akali would not proc.

I may be wrong, but I believe that's how its intended because Relic Shield needs to target an ally, which it cannot do with Yuumi attached to you.
