[GAMEPLAY] Bugged Nexus Blitz event

Was just playing Nexus Blitz, had already had three events, then at 16:30 another event spawned. However, this event had no description, had the Guardian Angel buff icon from the event, and had the countdown and event start SFX, but no event started. I have no idea why this occurred, but the even just before gave Guardian Angels as the buff, so that might have something to do with it
