Did bard just ult the entire map/Servers....[Gameplay/Servers]

Game froze, can move map and stuff everything is in the same place and moving kinda like a bard ult.... UPDATE: Closed client now acts as if its updating... UPDATE: Says unable to connect to servers upon trying to reconnect Edit: This was kinda vauge so let me explain, Basically mid game,everything froze but animations kept going like when you dc (draven axes spinning, minions autoing, game timer ticking) but nothing was being registered (commands dmg ect) I could move my screen/map and pull up shop and private message
