Please Fix Quinn's Ultimate Tooltip (maybe the ability)

Quinn's R Tooltip does not show any way it's shown how much damage it will do. Not when hovering over it when it's not in use, not while channeling it and not while in use. Also the ability does really little altogether. It's strictly a taxi and that feels kinda bad.
