Sion e bug

I was about to die in top lane during a gank.

I dont have smartcast activated and was ready to throw my e, but udyr stopped me from doing it and still died (he used his stun), so the actual indicator was still up, since i was spamming it, i still throw it after i reanimated, then used my speed boos as usual. Got the kill after a bug, but i still dont regret it.
