Missing Mastery Token and missing Ward Skins

So, I was playing Ashe today and when I hit Mastery 5, I was given a Mastery 6 token so I thought "Cool, let me get another". So, after a couple of bad games because one person on the other team SOMEHOW gets fed, I get the token and when I go to Hextech to craft it... it's missing. I'm now not only short of one Mastery 6 token on Ashe BUT I'm also missing not one but SEVERAL Ward Skins. The ones I'm missing are:

Triumphant Ward Mecha Ward (the original) Dragon Trainer

In the store it says I have them purchased but I don't see them in champ select. What's up with everything missing suddenly?

As far as the token goes, you did not receive a mastery 6 token when you hit mastery level 5. You are not able to receive a token the same game you reach level 5, even if you get an S- grade or better. The notification that pops up is stating that you are now eligible to earn tokens, not that you have actually earned them.

I don't know what to say about the ward skins though. It seems a lot of people are reporting the same issue on that.

P.S. Yes I restarted my client and even my PC and neither issue was resolved.
