Transfer to any region, name is taken. No issue choose a new one. Check before if it is taken, it isn't and doesn't violate any rules. Wants to take this name. System says name is taken. Checks again for spelling and even checks if the name may be taken in the region you come from and the one you wanna transfer to, nothing on both. Tries again, System says: "Username is already taken.". Types in random gibberish. System says: "Name is aviable.". After 20 minutes finds a name the System won't prevent me from taking.

So highly annoying. ESPECIALLY since I can buy a namechange and THEN the desired names are NOT taken wow what magic is this tell me.

Fix this it has been like this for ages.
