yeah im Honor 4 since 4 days ago and i havent received a single one either. ever. is it seriously just rng? thats stupid. why should someone get extra rewards from pure luck instead of not being toxic/earning it?
It's random chance and it will replace one of the 12 key fragments you get for the month. If you already got those 12 then you won't get one for the rest of the month. It's random after all. Just wait.
Haven't gotten any Honour Capsule, ever. Got Honour level 4 a week ago.
I generally just apply patience to these things. But it IS in limited supply.

I am no honour 4 and have gotten no honour capsules yet my friend who is level 3 got one like a week ago.
I've gotten an honor capsule. I don't remember what was in it, but I got one soon after I reached level 3.
