[GAMEPLAY] Xin Zhao Fervor of Battle Bug

As of patch 7.12, Xin Zhao is no longer gaining AD from Fervor of Battle. This has resulted in a massive 4% win rate drop for Xin Zhao overnight.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Take Fervor of Battle on Xin Zhao
2. Auto-attack enemy champion

Expected Result: Xin Zhao gains AD from Fervor of Battle.

Observed Result: Xin Zhao does not gain AD from Fervor of Battle.
