[CLIENT] Loot Error Message working by design?

So one of the notices in the client insists that Riot is looking into the error message for the Loot screen since Loot is working as intended. But I wanted to bring to someone's attention that the error message is possibly there for good reason. It merely states some things, including icons, are not working properly. I received a Worlds Orb as a reward in missions (for clearing a certain number of them) and the Orb did in fact have a blank/empty icon when I received it.

Obviously I don't take Riot for fools and assume they'd know this is happening but just in case it's a specific instance I thought I'd point out that, at the very least, the icons in Loot ARE malfunctioning.
