[GAMEPLAY] Fiora parry and Quinn's passive
When fiora is in the middle of using parry and immune to spells/damage, Quinn's harrier can not passively apply a mark too her. Basically, as Valor (Quinn's bird) goes down to mark mid parry Fiora as vulnerable, the passive goes on cooldown and the mark simply does not apply.
I'm not sure if this is an intended interaction or not, but felt i needed to draw some attention to it.
