[CLIENT] - "Reconnect" Button replaced with "Skip Waiting For Stats" Button

For awhile now there has been an extremely frustrating bug with the client where, when after the client already messes up and doesn't connect to the game properly (with a "retry" button that never works), after closing the game window and loading back up the client, where the "Reconnect" button should be has been instead showing the "Skip Waiting For Stats" button. When this happens then, the only fix to the problem and be able to actually get in game is to have to close the whole LoL client completely, reopen it and log back in. It's beyond frustrating and some times cost me that minute or two before minions get to lane before I can finally connect, thanks to the Alpha Client's (still) incredibly slow load speeds.

This has been happening for a few patches now without Riot even noticing it's a problem, so I'm trying to bring some attention to the because I'm tired of not being able to get into games. This happens to me 100% of the time when the client doesn't connect me to a game; it doesn't seem to be a problem with my client specifically, such as file corruption.
