What is wrong with the friends list?

When I log on my friend's list is fine with everything organized correctly. But after I finish a game this happens to it: http://imgur.com/rYPwyEe Edit: I got it fixed by turning offline friends on then off again. But still this is pretty odd since my friends list goes out of wack and never changes at all when someone goes in queue of offline.
