Announcer Pack is missing in Ranked Matches

I played a straight 5 Ranked Solo matches, and there's totally no Announcer Voice in the games at all. Even when my teammate got a triple kill or first turret, the game stayed completely silent. Not sure if it's a Garena only thing, but does anyone else experiences this?
