So, huh, Rito. You guys going to acknowledge this Per-Side camera issue or....?

I mean, there have been several people posting about this issue and it seems a LOT of people are having it.

Yet, any support people have gotten is the typical support message back. An automated response practically. It's not on our end. It's on yours.

While this might not effect your unlocked players, it does effect those who play locked. Which by the amount of posts about it and everyone trying to find a solution I would say is quite a lot.

With everyone commenting and waiting for responses we have yet to hear your input on whether or not you are aware of the issue and whether or not you're going to fix it. It would be quite nice if you let us know so we aren't just sitting on our thumbs here.

This is not meant to sound rude, but it is a bit ridiculous that NO ONE has heard back from you guys on this issue save for the typical support ticket response of "Send us this information about your system" blah, blah, blah. We've done all the steps and now we wait on you. So please, what's going on with this issue?
