Vlad Q is interrupting previous attack orders.

Title says it all, I notice it most of the time when I am hitting a tower (with auto attacks) and then use a Q on an incoming minion wave. After the Q, Vlad kinda just stands there awkwardly instead of resuming his attacks on the tower. Its very annoying, and im pretty sure its not intentional; most abilities don't interrupt previous orders.
