Fatal program end

The past few days i've gotten this error. "memory.c !IsBadReadPtr (InPtr, InSize)".

it either causes lol to not launch at all, partically launch (game is open with the client but no champs spawn or i cannot move and nothing moves), or it lets me play, but minimizes the game at random (sometimes at crucial moments)

any way i can fix this? repairing the client didnt work, and i have restarted the computer since then. i also dont appear to have issues with other games
