[Chat room] Can't invite people from chat room using the "chat room" tab on the invite screen

I can still right click their name to invite, but I can't "mass invite", where I click the plus button next to their name and invite 15 at a time. The "chat room" tab on the invite screen only shows friends in the chat room, not everyone else.
