League won't let me connect to a game.

I was sitting in the loading screen and the enemy mid bard was taking forever to load. After about 5ish minutes of loading in, I get this message. I check my network connection and everything is fine. I already let LoL through firewall but for good measure I took the whole thing down. Nothing changes. I hope into a another online game to see if I get connection problems there and I'm completely fine. What's going on?

it was patch day. i always experience lag and dcs in all my games (not only from my side) 1-3 days after patch day. so its normal

Im getting this error all the time now same with other people on my friend list, at least there's always Steam which makes League more of a part-tiime game
