Message being spammed while In Game

Not sure exactly what it is, but this message was being spammed a lot, almost all game, while I was in game earlier: https://i.gyazo.com/e6071ad706688b72e1d04ea5a7189d4a.jpg https://i.gyazo.com/c9617d2fdf9d5f4d9fe36742e5956f7b.jpg Was pretty confusing, but it had no actual impact on the game.
