Warwick Q Gamebreaking Bug (sometimes just doesnt go off)

I has happened to me in my last two matches. Randomly i think.

Sometimes i just Q (Hungering Strike) someone, but it gets no damage and no heal. The skill goes on CD.

I was not stunned, not suppresed, nothing. The enemy had nothing too.
