Unable to purchase RP

It's been a straight 58 hours since I last bought something on the store for RP (I did a lot of mystery gifting)

On the day I got this warning, I only had bought 3 sets of RP. (Don't ask why I separated purchases, Idk why)

I've waited, and waited, and waited for this to be fixed but woop-dee-doo guess what it's not? And I've found endless amounts of comments on other forums about how they have the same problem and no one fixes it.

And I've already put in a support ticket, and gotten no response in a full 24 hours.
