[GAMEPLAY] Xerath Q Bug

I was causally farming as Xerath when I noticed something a little annoying

When Xerath uses his Q, sometimes the damage is applied after the visual effect

Steps to reproduce:

1: Enter game as Xerath 2: Wait for minion wave and use Q on it 3: Watch for when the visual is applied and when the damage is applied.

I can not guarantee how often this happens. It isn't 100% of the time but it is quite often.
