I won a game and got an S- with Fiora but I didn't get a champion mastery token. I got a key fragment though.
Edit: I just got a champion token on a second game. Not sure why I didn't get one for the last game. Got S- both games.

Deep Terror Nami1 votesAre you eligible for Hextech Loot (no recent behavioral punishment)? Was this in a mode where you can get Mastery points, or was it ARAM? You can get keys in ARAM but not other Mastery loot. Did you double check your Hextech loot page where key fragments go to see if it showed up there?

Deep Terror Nami1 votesYou're at level 5 and got the S-, right? I only ask because you need an S or S+ for Mastery 7 tokens. I can't think of anything else. You might submit a Support Ticket.
