Lots of random ping issues and bug splatting

I've been having issues recently with just sitting in a game with 40~ ms like normal before randomly popping up to 600-1k and then bug splatting several times. Can we please solve some kind of problem because I've actually been filling out the bugsplats which no one ever does but it's still not getting fixed and I want to be able to win a game that wasn't bots.
