[Gameplay]: Scuttle Crab Permanently Rooted by Maokai's Twisted Advance

The title explains a lot, but I will go into more depth on how it occurred:

I was jungling as Maokai, and came across the Top side Scuttle Crab when heading up to gank. I initiated with Twisted Advance, rooting the Scuttle Crab, but even after the ability ended, the Scuttle refused to move. I gave it maybe two or three seconds before attacking it after I noticed something up, and then spent another few seconds killing it, receiving no resistance/escape attempts whatsoever.

I don't typically post in here, but I figured this might be a problem. I hope I'm wrong, but in case I'm not, here's the head's up.
