Forced Dodge?

When I get into champ select, when it becomes my turn to select, I disconnect from PvP.Net, the entire screen freezes, and then I'm forced to leave. It just ends the champ select. Music keeps playing until the entire clip is out, and I get the dodger message and time ban.

So first I have to log in twice, and now even when I do log in, I can't play. Thanks Riot.
