[CLIENT] Unable to chat in Pre-Game Lobby

Hey guys, so I'm unable to chat in the pre-game lobby. I write messages and they're not present. No one else is getting it but me. I can chat during in-game and during post-game, but it's during pre-game that I can't send messages. I've tried re-logging, and I'm getting the same thing.
