Champ select keeps having issues

I have been having a lot of disconnection's in champ select. reinstalled 15 times today. Made sure i have nothing running in the background, but the issue is still there. There are even times were I get disconnected and I can still hear the music from champ select playing even though I reopened league. And I still get jpatch errors during champ select. I never have issues in a match. Only in champ select. Why is it out of so many years of playing this game do I all of a sudden have issues with the game? My game always ran smooth before patch 5. what ever. Next thing to do is try to reformat the computer, but if that does not work. then I don't know what else to do. Please look in to this riot. I will re post on here after I finish the reformat of the whole computer.
