[Gameplay] Poppy's passive with Kalista's Oathsworn doesn't automatically return with Relic

So, if you're poppy support with a Kalista and you proc Relic Shield with Iron Ambassador AND Oathsworn the Buckler doesn't return automatically. Maybe that's how it's supposed to be, personally, I think it should.
