Irelia Q and autoattack bug

Just played as Irelia on the ARAM map and her Q would not work unless someone was marked by her E or ult. Meaning I couldn't Q to minions at any point during the match nor champions unless I landed my E or ult. Irelia also would not automatically autoattack instead I had to manually press A and pick a target. My keyboard is working perfectly and my hotkeys were set and unchanged.
