Lock in bug.

so I went and joined a match and the enemy had first and second pick then i was our teams first pick. after they picked their champs which I was kind of happy that they got the two first picks so i could counter any potential top laner they would choose, but the game just insta-locked my champion I didnt even touch the mouse/keyboard.
