Not getting credit for The Cop quest

I've been getting quest credit for the other 2 quest lines using this summoner icon, but I haven't gotten any credit for The Cop. As you can see in this victory on summoner's rift, we had to kill a minimum of 5 towers and 1 inhibitor, but it still shows as 0 and 0.
