Ward Skin option sometime greys out in Champ select

Is it because you don't have ward skins? I don't so I can see why it grays out. #BrokeCollegeStudent

Is this occurring during the entire champion select, or as the game is counting down to begin? Any additional info you can provide would be wicked helpful in getting a solid repro for this! ^-^
This has happened to me too
This happens to me as well, and it isn't any specific ward skin as I only only own the base one and the lowest tiered one for ranked team play.
